BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Use

All sauna and cold water sessions are undertaken at your own risk.

By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Sauna & Cold Water Waiver and that you are physically fit to participate. If you have any medical concerns, you should consult your GP prior to attending.

The Hidden Sauna Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest acting in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

2. Single Sessions

Single sauna and plunge sessions are valid for one-time use only within the time slot booked.

Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Session Packs (3, 5, 10 Sessions)

Session packs are available in bundles of 3, 5, or 10 sessions.

• 3 session packs are valid for 3 months from purchase
• 5 and 10 session packs are valid for 6 months from purchase
• Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the named purchaser
• Session packs are non-refundable

Session packs are for adult use only. Children under 16 are not permitted to use standard session packs.

4. Private & Family Sessions

Private and family sessions are available for individuals or groups.

• Maximum capacity: 8 people (6 recommended for comfort)
• The person making the booking is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all guests
• The booker must ensure that all participants complete a waiver prior to use
• For family sessions, the booker must ensure children do not use cold water below permitted temperatures and are supervised in line with our minors policy

Private and family session packs (5 or 10 sessions) are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Memberships

Memberships are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum commitment of 6 months
• After the initial period, memberships roll on a monthly basis
• Payment is taken monthly by card, starting 30 days after the initial payment
• Membership includes 15% off additional bookings or products
• Members may bring one guest per month. Guest passes do not roll over
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable

Pausing Memberships

• Members may pause their membership once per membership period (up to one month)
• Pause requests must be made in advance

Missed Payments

• If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, membership may be suspended or cancelled
  
  

6. Booking, Cancellations & Arrival

• Bookings must be made in advance via our booking system
• A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of session or charge

Arrival Times
Sessions run to fixed time slots. Late arrivals will not extend session time.

The Hidden Sauna Club reserves the right to amend or cancel sessions due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

7. Health, Safety & Waiver Requirement

By attending, you confirm that you:

• Are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Do not have any medical condition that would make sauna or cold exposure unsafe
• Will follow all safety guidance and staff instructions

All participants must complete a waiver prior to using the sauna or cold water facilities. Entry may be refused if a waiver has not been completed.

You must exit immediately if you feel unwell at any time.

8. Group Booking Responsibility

If booking on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring all participants:

• Are aware of and agree to these terms
• Complete the required waiver
• Follow all safety guidance

9. Personal Belongings

The Hidden Sauna Club accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hidden Sauna Club is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from use of the facilities, except where caused by negligence.
