Cancellations made within 72 hours, or failure to attend, will result in loss of your session.

If we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
How to cancel or amend your booking
To cancel or reschedule, please go to your booking and you will able to move sessions, if its for the same type of booking. If you wish to change session type, please contact us via email with your booking details (name, date and time of booking).
Cancellations must be made directly via email. We are unable to process cancellations via social media.
